■ Product delivery time

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery is from the day after shipment to 3 business days. (Delivery to remote islands or delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.)

■ About reserved products

Even if the product you have selected is out of stock, we accept "reservation purchase". In that case, we will ship the products in order of reservation as soon as the stock arrives. When shipping is completed, we will send a shipping notification email to your registered email address.

If you order an in-stock item and an out-of-stock item (pre-order) at the same time, the item will not be shipped until all the items are available.

If you would like to receive an in-stock item first, please place a separate order from the pre-order item. In that case, please understand that the shipping fee will be charged separately.

■ About the delivery method

If you purchase 1 or 2 pieces (*included), they will be delivered by Yamato Transport Nekoposu.

Basically, it will be posted by post, so you cannot specify the date and time of receipt.

If you purchase more than 3 pieces, we will send it by courier.

In that case, the shipping fee varies depending on the delivery area, so please check the "About shipping fee" on the site before ordering. Customers cannot specify the shipping company.
